Our delivery partners

Frankies Pantry & Cellar carrier partners are Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway. All wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address in Australia, excluding NT & Post Office boxes.

Deliveries will be Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. Most of our customers give instructions to leave the wine in a safe place as this is by far the easiest way to ensure you get your wine on time.  If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no specific delivery instructions, The driver will leave a card indicating that they were unable to deliver your wine. Your case/cases will be returned to your nearest Collection point for your collection. Cases not collected within 14 days of the initial attempted delivery will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery and payment of re-delivery fees if required.

Frankies Pantry & Cellar will not deliver to anyone less than 18 years of age. If there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, our delivery drivers are obliged to request some form of photographic ID. If that recipient is unable to produce appropriate ID then the delivery driver will be unable to leave the wine.

Our delivery areas

We deliver wine to all states in Australia, except for the Northern Territory. Frankies Pantry & Cellar will not deliver to areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or Australian Islands that are classified as in International Waters.

Frankies Pantry & Cellar will not deliver to the following restricted areas: 4605, 4713, 4816, 4825, 4830, 4871, 4873, 4874, 4876 and 4895.

Please note that locations can be added or modified from time to time.

Our delivery charges

Frankies Pantry & Cellar offers FREE Shipping for orders over $100 or full cases of wine nationwide excluding NT.

Our delivery lead-times:

We normally despatch orders the same day if they are received before 2pm AEST on a business day. If orders are received after 2pm AEST they will be despatched the following business day. Once collected by our delivery partner, the estimated delivery times are:

Metro areas:

  1. VIC - 2-3 business days
  2. NSW/ACT/TAS/WA/SA - 3-7 business days depending on location.

Please allow up to 3 additional days for the country and rural areas.
