Pietrame Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOP 2021 - Frankies Pantry and Cellar

Cerasuolo is a wine made from red Montepulciano grapes that are vinified like a white wine. The skins are left in contact with the grape juice for a short period of time which gives Cerasuolo its bright cherry-red tinge of colour. 

Intensely fruity with noticeable cherry and floral notes. Medium-Bodied, Soft, and flavoursome with a velvety finish

Food Pairing - Pairs well with many dishes: from meat to fish, to soft or medium-aged cheeses.
