Here’s how to prepare it step by step!
INGREDIENTS
500g ‘OO’ Flour
100g Potato
30ml Galantino extra virgin olive oil
300g Cherry Tomatos
250ml Warm Water
25g Fresh Yeast
1tsp Salt
Oregano
DIRECTIONS
🥔 Place the 00 flour in a well, then add the boiled and mashed potatoes, 30ml of Galantino Medium Fruity extra virgin olive oil, crumbled yeast, and salt.
🥣 Mix the ingredients, slowly adding warm water until you have a smooth, slightly soft dough.
👨🏻🍳 Oil a 30 cm baking pan and spread the dough out with your hands (using a little oil to help) until it’s 1–2 cm thick.
🍅 Top with halved cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with oregano and salt, then drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil. Let rise in a switched-off oven for about 2 hours.
🔥 Preheat the oven to 220 °C and bake for around 30 minutes.
