Bruno Ribadi is an eclectic and extravagant character from Cinisi, a seaside town close to the city of Palermo, in Sicily. The 6 Bruno Ribadi beers are inspired by travels and aim to rediscover the Sicilian territory, thanks to the use of local ingredients such as ancient grains, bitter orange, mandarin, carob, and spices. 

Sicilian Pale Ale - Fruity and spicy, slightly bitter.

Produced with Perciasacchi wheat, Sicilian citrus peels, sumac berries (Rhus Coriaria) and pink pepper berries. Beer characterized by a bitter taste, the characteristic aroma given by Sicilian citrus fruits and the addition of sumac berries and pink pepper.
